Go to www.zoom.us and follow the steps to download ZOOM on the device you intend on using to play bingo. Make sure to allow audio when asked. After we verify your bingo win on Zoom, your online account will be credited with your winnings within 48 hours. Please ensure that your name on Zoom matches the name on your online account to streamline this process. Additionally, confirm that you are using the correct paper color, as this is essential for your payment. We will verify all sales once the bingo game has concluded.
No, the bingo caller does not know if their is a winning board on the current number. On most games the player has 18 seconds to call “BINGO” and call back or type in your board number live to the bingo caller. It is the players responsible to call bingo and stop the game.
To validate your bingo, you must have the last number called. If you miss your bingo, the caller cannot verify it. Please note that we are not responsible for any issues related to your internet service or the device you are using to play bingo.
We open up the ZOOM meeting around 5:30PM EST, allowing you time to connect and check everything is working. Bingo starts at 7PM EST sharp. We have a 10-minute break at half time. Then to finish off we have the second half of the bingo and usually finish up around 9PM EST. A full night of entertainment!
